Welcome to The Healing and Freedom Community, a place where people can come together to support each other on their journey to healing and freedom. By using this website and joining the membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to our service. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Description of Service

We provide a safe environment for individuals seeking support for their mental health journey. Our community is a Christian-based community that supports traditional family and moral values. The community is designed to support the materials developed by Mark DeJesus and Turning Hearts Ministries International.

Intellectual Property

All content included in our service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio clips, digital downloads is the property of Turning Hearts Ministries International or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You will not copy or duplicate, or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate, all or any part of the content in any form. Your use of the content shall be limited to personal use of the member only. You will not provide or make the content available to any person, church, business, small group, or entity.

We reserve the right to terminate the account of any member who violates our intellectual property rights.

Subscription

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

Community membership is provided for $97 each month. Payment is due at the same day each month. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for past membership payments.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Rules of Conduct

Welcome to the Healing and Freedom Community, when you get a moment, be sure to jump over to the introductions space and let us know who you are.

The Mission of the Healing and Freedom Community: create an online school and community, designed to encourage and empower Christian believers that are passionate about experiencing mental, emotional and relationship health while blessing others with what the grace they have experienced.

This site is designed for encouragement and learning and is not meant to replace or come into conflict with any professional mental health service.

Please read over the following community guidelines.

As a member of our Healing and Freedom Community, you agree to follow these rules of conduct:

Be respectful and empathetic towards other community members. We are all here to support and encourage each other through our mental health journeys.
Be kind. Everyone is on a journey and we are all at different places in our journey. We are not here to solve everyone’s problems, but to be a place of kind encouragement and edification.
Be Relevant. We are all here to heal, learn and grow. Our support and encouragement will be based on the materials provided. Promotion of any other courses or products that aren’t relevant to this learning goal may be deleted, as cannot verify all outside materials.

We ask that members refrain from:

Long posting, reserved more for journal entries or blogs.
Emotional processing that may be best served in therapy or counselling.
Posting that is off topic to mental, emotional and relationship health.
Using any offensive language or engaging in any harmful behavior towards other community members.
Sharing personal information about other community members without their consent.
Promoting your own business or ministry within the community. This includes posting marketing material, spamming, or soliciting other members.
Arguing or debating.
Giving of personal advice. Our focus is encouragement and sharing what each of us is learning.
Demanding a certain level of personal interaction or service from Mark DeJesus and other community members.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member who violates these social community rules of conduct. If you see any behavior that violates the community rules of conduct, please report it to the community moderators.

Christian Biblical Worldview

As a Christian based ministry, we hold to a biblical world view that upholds virtues of marriage, family, sexuality and identity and ask that members refrain from prompting anti-biblical narratives.

Liability Statement

Turning Hearts Ministries International and Mark DeJesus are not liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use our service. THMI does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information or content posted by its users.

By subscribing to our service, you agree to indemnify and hold Turning Hearts Ministries International and Mark DeJesus harmless from any claims, damages, or other expenses that result from your use of our service.

This liability statement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from this statement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of North Carolina.
